please help with iblacklist tex getting thru

hiya,can break down how set iblacklist text cant come thru thought had sorted calls instantanly ringing going busy tone,then tryed tex n went thru ?? while in blacklist number changed red gray in edit contact
[on or off, if off n saved icon goes gray way want ?
]on call , got call rejected tone straight away expected,so done same tex icon still gets thru ?? please ive paid , need work ! while im on blacklisted numbers have have prefix or normal number.im new jailbreaking , luv luv more if got working should.
