Why does Terminal keep appearing after a reboot in Lion?

whenever boot lion terminal window appear on desktop stating last login time along other machine code stuff makes no sense me.
it's started happening.
tried quitting terminal before restart keeps popping up. :confused:
 

try checking login items, might have been incidentally set open on login.

CoD on Mac is Stuck in fail windowed mode.
