Why no 2.3ghz Air?

hi,

friend new mac after 20 years pc. wanted know why apple can't/won't put in 2.3ghz chip in macbook air. because apple wants stratify lineup or because of chip size in such compact machine?

thought because chip big, use power , generate heat in such small machine. think it's matter of time before put in.

whaddaya say?
 

because there no 2.13ghz in sandybridge series have 17w tdp ones offered in mba lineup. apple not giving battery life/heat.
friend, advise him read first page of site new mba's compare 2.67ghz i7's last year.
