CoD on Mac is Stuck in fail windowed mode.

i need 0=

got cod:waw work on mac , want zombies... , see people playing in windowed mode on youtube , such, , i tried "console" way of getting game windowed- link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csuj1xzueq8 ...and froze mac... found can command-d while it's opening windowed did that.. , can hear game playing there's no window or there 0.0 i'd appreciate if smart person out there me. tried restarting, quitting, ect.. , when press f3 view pages @ once, idk it's called... shows blue square cod supposed be... nice , smart, please xd
have newest version of macbook pro fyi.
worked perfect before held command-d when let cod:waw run
