16 gb wifi enough for me?

sold laptop , plan pick ipad2 16gb wifi today.

16gb enough use? plan surf web , send out resumes.

dont need 3g use @ home.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
