Power consumption of the new Mini?

does have 1 of new mac minis , kill-a-watt power meter can hook it? i'm curious know power draw @ wall 1 of new, mid range, $799, i5 powered, minis is.
 

these stats i7 mini server (quad-core) 8gb , raid-0 (striped) hdd:

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
