2011 iMac Failing HDD Apple Email

i received one. im unsure of 3 2011 imacs i've registered pertains to....

had sent 2 screen yellowing.

-edit, check serial number, says im eligible. awesome. how long crap going leave me without computer for?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
