Contacts gone, help!

dear members,

i've connected iphone imac , opened itunes.
went iphone in itunes , clicked on "info" above. selected sync adress book contacts - contact, because wanted transfer iphone contacts new imac instead synced adress book contacts (2 contacts) iphone , i've lost 400 contacts in iphone :(

can restore anyhow?

please me out, thanks!

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
