Get iPhone 4 now, or wait for iPhone 5?

hey guys broke home button on iphone 3gs i'm stuck in calendar :(. since contract can buy new phone, iphone 4 has been on market awhile worth waiting iphone 5?
 

i'd wait , see happens @ wwdc, looks the iphone 5 or 4s isnt coming until late summer. maybe should this considering how many devices you've killed.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
