iPhone naturally cracked

i know sound crazy, holding iphone 4, screen cracked. due tension in glass have great crack across screen :/ still in warranty u think apple store believe me happened naturally , not due self/accidental infliction?
 

the glass on screen doesnt naturally crack on own.
walk apple store nonsense , definatelly make pay $200 fee replace.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
