MBP 15" 2.66 i7 Heating up constantly on Lion OS X

hello everybody. i'm new forum , wondering if else has heating problems his/her laptop ?

fans above 3500 rpm no processing power being needed application. processor stays @ little below 10% usage @ time , still need cooling.

else has problem ? should ?
possible apple resolve through update ?

please help.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
