Citrix Web Remote Access (Juniper)

sometimes work home , use osx (10.6.8 / 10.7) connect work.

logon through website , click link boots java client. boots windows desktop
virtual desktop solution citrix , gives microsoft windows desktop through bowser.

issue:

if performed on windows machine goes completley full screen whereas though osx menu bar present , hinders productivity.

ideas?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
