Creating @me.com address

hello,
wandering if possible create @me.com email address on lion os, or if have wait until ios 5? help.
 

you cannot create new @me.com e-mail addresses @ time, , won't able in future unless icloud gives @me.com address, unlikely.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
