CS3 users, SL to Lion migration. Re-install?

hey,

out there migrate sleopard lion? did on new mba , getting "licensing product has stopped working" error message allows nothing happen.

deactivated on old computer -- but, need uninstall , re-install working?

appreciate help.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
