How to go back to the original iBooks?

at point (it's been while) whenw updated ibooks became extremely slow , still after few more updates. go original version. how?
 

if on mac , have time machine enabled, go far enough bring version want.

if not on mac or don't have time machine enabled, sol.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
