Safari: Refreshing Page

hiya, wondered if knows of work around problem.

i've been browsing internet @ home on iphone via wifi, go out somewhere, , go view page again when not connected wifi, , using data instead - why page refresh?

there way prevent happening?
 

anyone?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
