unfortunately, apple doesn't spell out what, exactly, won't work on slower iphone 3gs , third generation ipod touch. research 9to5mac , banolka on youtube gives ideas, @ least in beta.
know works:
- notification center - twitter integration - newsstand , periodical store - grid lines , exposure/brightness settings in camera app - reading list in safari
, doesn't (but it's short list, far):
- image editing (red eye, cropping, magic wand) - reader missing (but there disagreement if hasn't been implemented yet)
so, looks 3gs users in shape going forward, but, of course, of may change beta period goes on , closer release fall. might difficult implement 3gs feature doesn't exist yet. reported earlier today nuance/siri voice features might still included in ios 5 , wouldn't surprised if particular feature not enabled on relatively underpowered 3gs.

i'm thinking of upgrading 2011 27" imac's ram stock 4gb 12gb. plan on installing , running windows 7 home premium (64-bit) through boot camp , parallels. what's max amount of ram can have installed in case? windows 7 recognize 12gb installed without problem? as long install 64-bit version of windows, can utilize of ram. 2011 imac can take 32gb (4x8gb) though 12gb should plenty.
