3GS boot error 4.2.1 Greenp0ison

i having problems girlfriends new bootrom 3gs. jailbroken greenp0ison on 4.2.1. haven't bothered updating because wont use new features.

problem have wont boot, gets stuck on greenp0ison logo. can put dfu mode ready restore can last resort, hasn't been backed months, , has photos , game saves on there retrieve.

have tried rerunning greenp0ison, tried using latest redsn0w, tinyumbrella wont pick fix boot.

99% sure had openssh installed no without getting phone on.

have other options?
 

i have managed photos starting phone plugged laptop, gave me 20 seconds access , copy photos off before disappeared devices.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
