Is This Mac Pro Worth It?

i regularly see deals on mac pros in area. 1 looking @ right has 2 dualcore cpus , 2 videocards, 4gb of ram, , 1tb hard drive $750. thinking of swapping out gpus , putting in 5770 apple gaming on bootcamp. think machine worth price at? don't need best performance can upgrade ram later down line, looking machine can run os x programs need , decent gaming on bootcamp side. thoughts? thank you!
