Tutorial: How to get PCSX2 to run on Mac (without BootCamp)

note: tutorial snow leopard.

first download app pcsx2mac.net:
http://pcsx2mac.net/files/pcsx2sl.pkg

download nvidia cg framework:
http://developer.nvidia.com/object/cg_download.html
have make account if don't have 1 already, it's free regardless.

install both packages , start pcsx2
note: need download bios emulator find of google.

first go config/configure should like:

bios press "select bios dir(as in directory)" , choose folder bios downloaded.

graphics:
graphics should likefor games pay attention bottom, can go through check list fix games kingdom hearts , not it's not choppy)

widescreen , choice in resolution doesn't matter, way

sound:


first controller:
controller settings you, if can gamepad works mac i'd use that. these settings(they're close assassins creed 2 if you've ever played on mac)

edit: notice "select" , "triangle" have both set "v", mistake, change select m(since start n).

leave else same(just don't forget set bios directory)
after you're ready play game. press ok save settings.

click file/run iso image
find wherever downloaded iso. reason mac version starts out @ /applications/pcsx2.app/contents/resources/pcsx2
you'll have click , "/" take , choose "users/" you're name/ , there it's wherever put me made folder named "ps2 isos"

there select game , press ok, enjoy playing



games different language kingdom hearts 2 final mix+ japanese, you'll have set bios japanese.
bios , games use google, duh guys.

nice guide, check out again when first mbp (probably i' ll base 15'' end of month).

how emulator run in osx? equal windows build or worse?
hope run base model's 6490m. because far know emulators performance depends on cpu , not on gpu.
