CPU temp and fan speed monitor for windows? Air i7

i know mac forum, feel air i7 important monitor cpu temp , fan speed. in lion i've been using istat menus 3, cannot find life of me piece of software windows.

can point me in right direction?
 

speedfan.
haven't tried in boot camp partition, though.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
