Photoshop elements 9 help please.. :)

i trying use red eye function in photoshop elements v9 it's not working @ all...

doing... open ps elements... go file - open... select "photos" under media... find photo iphoto library , open it.

select red eye tool on left menu bar, go eyes in photo , highlight tool. nothing happens... red eye doesn't go away. tried adjusting pupil size , darken amount doesn't change anything. tried clicking auto button didn't make adjustments.

ideas why not working? can upload copy of photo if want see it, maybe there photo or file makes not work? took photo on iphone 4 flash on, outdoors @ night. ;)
 

upload photo , see if can fix it.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
