Setting up mail in Snow Leopard Server

hi, i'm trying set mail service sl server. got work mail can sent internally each user, can't send mail outside of network or receive it. i'm assuming need set relay thing, of course, don't know how or is.

btw, did port forwarding of router forward requests port 25 server's ip address. additionally, correctly set mx record mail server domain registrar.

also, know mail services apparently easy set up, don't know how. took certification course in mac os x server , going take certification exam on 8th, i'm not random idiot thinks can set server, no hating! help!!

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
