Good Idea to get a refreshed Iphone4?

well when had 3g right before 1year warranty expired called apple told them had issues thing overheating in , paid $35 advanced replacement fee , send me new(refurbished) one.

iphone 4 warranty expires middle of august , thought maybe should call apple , complain battery sucking (which think does) , pay thr $35 again , refreshed i4.

guys thoughts on this? know iphone has not changed since last august perhaps getting refurbished unit better having iphone received while masses wanted 1 quick , apple rushing them out door.

think?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
