Meta Data on windows

hi all, have been ripping dvds past few weeks apple tv , ipad. workflow follows:

anydvd > hanbrake (encode using apple tv preset) > metax > itunes

working apart tagging part. have windows machine, however, feel tagging of metadata weakest part of setup. wondering if windows users can recommend other tagging software suitable itunes ecosystem? know on mac people have more of choice.

also, when watch films on ipad, under chapters field images them blank? there way chapter images show? i'm quite new @ there may setting i'm overlooking.

lastly, using metax wrongly tagged films wrong rating, when retagged files correct rating shows in itunes , ipad, however, on apple tv still shows original wrong rating? after numerous re-syncs. there way clear meta data file , start again?
