Home button problems

hi guys, have looked through 5 pages on here see if can see if has had similar problem cant please excuse if has been asked.
daughters gen4, have press home button 5 times screen light up. have solution this?
 

does happen after putting sleep, or need press several times quit out of apps?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
