How to make an Emgency Boot Disc

how can make disk can put mbp , have boot normal system?

last weekend let os install 7 updates. after installing them computer boot gray screen "no" symbol , spinning image. trying airport grabbed thought install disk, app install disc , headed airport. pressing c , booting app disc let system start normal.

when verified disk permissions found problem acl on launchd. doing repair fixed it. next bootup normal. every time booted after verified disk , had repair again. btw don't know if acl on launchd root cause of boot problems. @ least able boot normal routine.

yesterday booted 6 times doing repairs , worked normally. don't trust os boot normal time, if i'm on trip , won't home 5 days (happens every week) , don't have boot disk of type.

appreciated , yes i've researched topic everywhere.
 

i think issue solved. forgot apple gives free 90 day phone support. called them , found out 1 of updates firmware/hardware update. update may have caused confusion os. did disk repair , ok. carry install disc me few weeks tho.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
