iPad or 11"MBA?

i got imac power there. sold 13" mbp. felt heavy carrying around class. should ipad 2 or 11"mba? ipad cause smaller , can still take notes since have stylus , use apps evernote etc.
 

since got imac @ home can homework , research , since in school have take notes ipad 2 better choice mba...unless need use more adavanced tasks better actual computer....

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
