Mac OS X Lion on Black MacBook

i have black macbook core 2 duo cpu. guys know trackpad doesn't support multi touch gestures , has 2.5 gbs of ram.
worth updating os x lion?
ios expirience on laptop, want make sure won't have problems using it.
 

no problems here far on same model. have 2 gb ram. new mail interface , i'm still trying out rest. i'd it's worth it. if read on new features , don't care of them, you're better off staying on snow leopard.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
