MBP AppleCare...£40 cheaper on the phone than online?!

went renew applecare 13 inch mbp...online it's £203, wanted on phone....called them , quoted , charged me £160!!

maybe gave edu price.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
