Battery problem, or is it?

my mbp 2011 15" has issues, or things think issues.
first is, battery charged 100%!! impossible, because last night 96% when charged! mean have recalibrate, or fine?
second is, top of trackpad won't click. normal, or manufacturing defect?

edit: trackpad solved.
battery charge varying 300mah, causing percentage fluctuation. have 18 cycles why doing this?

talk overreacting ... both quite normal. trackpad based off of hinge design top of trackpad won't click.
