Buying Lion for OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

hi. have oldest macbook (white, first model or whatever), , have leopard (not snow leopard). how go buying lion? can cd apple store? when available?

also, guys recommend me buying lion? macbook 4 years old in october. worth it? thanks!

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
