Just got an iPad 1 am I missing out?

so i've been wanting ipad while traded ps3 1 today. thing i'm wondering if should sell 1 , use money nice new ipad 2. missing out on other camera never use. main thing want ipad web browsing , watching movies on ipad 2 either of better enough justify money cost upgrade. can answer question opinions people upgraded 1 2
 

keep have now,
retina version when comes 1 upgrade too.

2 has :
cameras , imovie capable
able dim screen more, , make more brighter
faster web page renders
faster processor

in actual use unless have them side side wont notice much.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
