Safari 5.1 (Lion) + Youtube HTML5 playback problems

i upgraded lion latest safari , since youtube video playback has been painful.

i'm using html5 playback in youtube, when start video beach ball while, video start play audio jump around. takes 15 seconds computer catchup , start play normal fans start go. i'm using new 2011 13" mbp i5. i've disabled of youtube extensions , still no go.

also, when start playing video , watch activity monitor see
10533 qtkitserver-(10511) safari web content 101.8% cpu usage

else experiencing high of cpu usage html5 playback? i've checked software update , up-to-date.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
