Trouble removing new iMac RAM

i've opened imac's ram slot , can't life of me memory out. i've tried pulling tab nothing happens...
able me?
 

flip open 2 hitches on 2 ends of each slot. memory stick lifted , can remove it.
install one, fit notch on stick hump in slot , push stick slot. stick fits slot hitches closed. can hear clicks.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
