Help! Dock is not loading or showing

ok turn on mbp , dock not showing. tried re-launching finder , rebooting , still doesn't show. expose doesn't work also. it's not hidden or anything, tried changing settings , still doesn't show up. ideas?
 

what mac os x version use?
, did do, happen, or did appear suddenly?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
