Battery life has gone down the toilet

i used 6-7 hours of battery life 10.6.7... 10.7 i'm lucky 3 , half...

use gfxcardstatus keep mbp (17" 2011) on integrated gpu of time, maybe doesn't work yet in new os?

know why it's bad? can't through day anymore. isn't @ all.
 

i'd love find out, , see if there work around until it's fixed.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
