@mac.com email accounts w/ iOS5

is possible configure "old" @mac.com email address in ios5?? i'm on verizon , know not do-able because of 4.2.8 (apparently possible 4.3.3?)- ios5, , if - how 1 go setting up?
 

@mac.com automatically sends @me.com -- receive @mac.com still, apple seems phasing out.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
