Apple TV 2 plus iTunes 10.4 - Can't turn off iMac screen

i upgraded lion yesterday, installed itunes 10.4. now, whenever apple tv 2 playing (video or audio streamed imac) cannot imac keep screen turned off.

press ctrl-shift-eject , screen goes off, comes on within few seconds. if stop apple tv playing , turn imac screen off, stays off. if start playing content on apple tv @ point imac come life within few seconds.

i'm turning screen off, not attempting put imac sleep mode or anything. has worked since got apple tv last november no troubles, doing since yesterday.

suggestions? :confused:
 

check , make sure apple remote isn't paired imac. upgrade lion may have reset setting which, default (at least in snow leopard), pairs remote imac.
