Bootcamp fail please help

hey all. so, installed bootcamp because had use windows programs work , wanted home. went off without hitch , i'm writing windows 7 speak: used official osx install disk came laptop partition drive, installed windows, , went well. however, apparently i'm supposed have bootcamp utility allows me install drivers, see partitions and, importantly, boot osx. i'm trapped in windows 7 (i know, horror!). try put osx install disk, dvd drive treats blank disk, though recognizes disk put it, , load other dvds automatically , play videos them. don't know do. please me.
 

when boot up, press , hold alt/option button before chime , should able see 2 disks, 1 labelled macintosh hd , other windows.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
