How do I copy the BBC iplayer zip file from my mac to my AppleTV2?

hi trying load bbc iplayer plug-in xbmcc mac onto apple tv, can tell me how copy file between 2 systems. once loaded xbmc can pick zip file should done?? thanx
 

easiest way via sftp. download cyberduck mac or filezilla pc, connect drag/drop. here guide connecting atv via cyberduck:

way add shared folder on pc/mac sources in xbmc. go settings > file manager > add source > browse > add network location fill in appropriate fields including user/pass. make sure userid using has rights (do on mac or pc) shared folder. created user account on mac named "xbmc" purpose gave account read/right access downloads folder.

advantage method once have added shared folder on mac or pc, can access directly within xbmc (i.e. - addons, "install zip", etc.). people have problems getting permissions right if go doublecheck account use has right permissions folder want xbmc have access to.
