Paste ole object to MS Word

hello! have problems insertion files (for example *.rxn, *.mol) , excel tables in word via applescript. in dictionary of msword found paste special command options "data type paste oleobject" puts ole objects clipboard. data not in clipboard, can not anything. copy range in excel use "copy range" command, insert word, ole object, needed excel while copying in foreground, it's not good. maybe encountered such problems?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
