Will apps be lost when syncing?

there apps settings, youtube , maps on ipod 4g touch. want transfer app itunes ipod. lose apps on ipod when click on sync apps?
 

i'm confused. can repeat in different way?

if understand right, drag app want "apps" tab on left of itunes device (must connected) , install it. nothing lost.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
