hibernate??

ever since ran bootcamp program mac shuts when close it. want everytime open computer on.. compare setting friend has same set , cant find problem.. can please here?
 

tell sleep rather hibernate.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
