Parallels + Mac Mini 2011 / Server

i have i7 mini server , run parallels desktop 6.0.12090.660720 windows xp on it, no problems. don't know parallels server 4 though.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
