Question about a refurb

i going bring iphone apple store saturday because home button not working time. if refurb how info contacts photos , other info new phone there somthing apple does. in advance help.

back phone in itunes before go in. when home, restore in itunes , info on phone.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
