Sports- Mac mini, plex and hd homerun

i'm trying sorted out sports season. know can nba pass , mlb pass too. but, im more concerned getting espn , f1 racing.

have mac mini 2011, ordered hd homerun , planning on canceling cable.... seem won't able f1 racing on speed channel or espn ota...
know if there online options these?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
