Syncing data and settings between iDevices

greetings,

i've got ipod touch , ipad , want sync data , settings between these 2 devices. possible...?

i'm not taking app settings other variables such games settings, notes , data stored on third party apps etc.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
