as mac novice (mba 11" dec 2010) still reading threads fan noise mine has been noisy start.

don't know if have i5 or i7, samsung, toshiba or whatever. know noise loud when plugged in , charging.

@ present temp 55 degrees , 6338 rpm, , i'm not doing type post. haven't had mac before have nothing compare with.

had installed coolbook mba kept crashing uninstalled it.

love mba noise issue fly in ointment. expecting much? thanks.

(ps. realise i5 i7 new macbook airs)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
