Dictionary.app will not open

hello

trying open dictionary app nothing happened. console tells me
code:
dictionary[12801]  no info.plist file in application bundle or no nsprincipalclass in info.plist file, exiting
i have no idea how fix this? guess doing reinstall seems drastic, there must simpler way.
 

delete file:
/users/username/library/preferences/com.apple.dictionary.plist​
if doesn't help, delete file:
/users/username/library/preferences/com.apple.dictionaryservices.plist​

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
